Conversion and Compliance are two totally different goals in ministry, and our methods lead us to one or the other.

If we want to help families truly become and grow as disciples, we need to be very intentional about the steps we take to help invite them there.

Breakout options are all based on Jesus’ own method of making disciples and inviting conversion:

• Credible Witnesses: finding your story in God’s story. If you missed our spring training on this topic, you’ll probably want to sign up for this!  
• Parables: using ordinary things to point to extraordinary Love. Jesus often helped his followers understand and experience his love and mercy by using objects and situations that were familiar to them. With a little practice, we can do the same.
• Wasting Time: slower is sometimes faster, and having intentional opportunities to “waste time” (aka build relationships) with the families we serve can lead to powerful opportunities for conversion.
