Review the delegation packet to ensure you are familiar with all expectations for Archdiocese of Baltimore delegation pilgrims and sponsoring parishes/pastorates/groups.

Teens must be in grade 9 to 12 as of fall 2025. Adult must be chaperone age (21+).

Adult to youth ratio for this event is 1 adult to 6 youth. For each additional adult beyond the 1 to 6 ratio there will be an additional charge of $250.00, added to the final balance due by May 5, 2025.

All adults who are traveling with or ministering to youth as a part of the Archdiocese of Baltimore delegation to NCYC must be in compliance with the Archdiocese of Baltimore's Child and Youth Protection policies and procedures.  It is the parish/school’s responsibility to ensure that all adults attending the conference including all archdiocesan volunteers, employees, and clergy are in compliance.  The Archdiocese's Office of Child and Youth Protection will be verifying compliance of all adults from the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

Spots may be claimed with a nonrefundable $250/person deposit. In order to account for increases in cost as the event draws closer, the above package will increase in price on the following schedule:

Please note that additional charges for credit card payment (Processing fees) and upcharges for over-ratio adults or alternate rooming configurations are not included in these costs.

*OFYYAM does not guarantee that registrations received after the initial December 13 deadline will be able to be honored. Registrations after this date are likely to be placed by organizers into a different hotel from the primary AOB delegation. Be advised that hotel placement may create additional challenges as you are arranging for transportation, and may result in an inability to participate in the nightly Archdiocese of Baltimore Delegation Meetings while in Indianapolis.

REMINDER: Parishes/pastorates are responsible for the entire cost of any spots they reserve at this time. Consult the Delegation Package document for details.
